Variety of Positions Available
Delivering the ultimate travel experience requires several roles working together as a team. In your role as an onsite destination staff team member you will be responsible for one or many of the positions below. Excellent Benefits
StudentCity will cover all travel expenses, hotel accommodations, and reimbursement for expenses starting at $250/week. Some sales positions may be commission based, and bonuses may be awarded to outstanding staff members who excel in their role.

As the largest provider of Spring Break packages in the world, StudentCity is committed to providing the ultimate travel experience while guaranteeing the safety and well-being of each of our travelers. As an onsite destination staff team member, you will be assisting with all activities and events that contribute to the successful execution of our program. You will be the face of StudentCity and will be responsible for ensuring our travelers have an unforgettable experience while building on our reputation of safety and industry-leading customer service.
Availability
You must be available to staff a minimum of 2 weeks between February 14 - April 1, 2026. You must also have a valid passport to staff in international destinations.
Personality
An outgoing personality is a must. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative and contribute ideas for program improvement.
ADAPTABILITY
Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle unexpected challenges that may arise during the program. Strong problem-solving skills to address issues and troubleshoot effectively.
TEAM PLAYER
Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and contribute to a positive team environment.
