After January 4th, 2012, all payments for the trip are non-refundable per the Terms and Conditions of the trip. Please see Section 6 of the Terms and Conditions, “CANCELLATIONS,” which states the following.
Cancellations received in our office after your FPDD will render all monies previously paid to be non-refundable, unless you have purchased the Travel Protection Insurance Plan (“the Plan”) as described in Section X herein below and cancel for a reason covered under that Plan. Final Payment Date for all trips was January 4th 2012.
